There are obviously many reasons to avoid public restrooms, and Baylor added another reason to that list today.
First of all, I always make Baylor go to the bathroom before we go on any outings and try to get back home before he would need to go to the bathroom again. One of the main reasons for that is because he has to touch everything in the public restroom. He practically molest the toilet seat by placing his hands all over it. Another reason is because it's hard holding baby Chase while helping Baylor take off shorts and underwear, get him on and off the toilet, and wash his hands. So, like I mentioned, Baylor added another reason to this list today, and that reason is because of public indecency.
I was in the checkout line at the grocery store today when Baylor tells me he needs to go potty. I try to convince him that we are almost done and we will go as soon as we get home. I then continue purchasing groceries when I notice Baylor's shorts are coming off. Luckily I caught him before he started taking off his underwear and streaking in public.
Note to self...grocery shopping would be much easier to do in the evening after Brody gets home or kids are in bed.

I never take my kids to the store. I always go when Chris is home. Always.
That is hilarious. Good thing you caught him before he showed the world his goods and went right there in the check out isle. That would have been a story to tell. You are the best mom.
I feel your pain. The other day we were at my grandpa's house and Tanner was outside playing with the kids after a short time, one of his cousins informed me that he was using the bushes. When I asked him why he did it he said "they don't have a bathroom here". I also REALLY hate public restrooms. Good luck with the potty training.
