TV Stars
Brody and I are basically celebrities. Not because we were asked to replace Angelina and Brad Pitt in their next movie, but because we were on TV for a brief moment Saturday night. That's right check us out at the OSU game. We DVR'd the game, and I took this picture of the TV. Brody is right above the guy in the trash bag who looks like he is praying (yes, I said guy in trash bag praying). I'm to his right acouple people between Karlie and Sarah who are obviously chit-chatting during the football game. Don't worry our marriage is still great, we just don't stand by each other during the games, because the girls like to talk, and not necessary about football, and the guys don't. Yes, you can get our autographs later.

Idaho Trip
We went to Idaho to visit Brody's family, and for Brody to do a dental externship. This was like a month ago, but I'm just now posting pictures.

The whole gang. This is Brody's family. We are missing one brother that is on a mission in Nicaragua and gets home in December.

While we were there we celebrated Baylor's 3rd Birthday...again

Here's Baylor keepin' it real at Grandma's house.

We enjoyed the nice weather while playing lots of volleyball.

Baylor and Chase with their cute cousin Brenna

Baylor had a fun time playing with his "big kid cousins". Thanks Brandon and Tyler.

I have a brother that lives in Utah and has some stinkin cute kiddos. Baylor had a blast hanging out with his Jensen cousins too.

Happy B-day to me
So, I had a birthday yesterday. I know some of you have sweet husbands who get onto your blog on your birthday and post about how amazing you are, but that is soooo not something Brody would do, so I guess I'll just have to do it myself, on second thought I won't, but I'll leave you with some Stacey birthday trivia.
The worst birthday present-when I was about 10 I decided it would be cool to get a fish aquarium for my birthday, but that was a mistake. Within a few days all the fish had died and the slug that eats algae off the walls had eaten all the fish and left their guts behind...gross!
The best birthday present-I got a Fossil watch from Brody 6 or 7 years ago, and I still wear it pretty much everyday, and it works great. I don't know if it's necessarily the most exciting present, but definitely the best quality. I think this watch will last forever.
Most memorable birthday party-My mom was not all about throwing us big birthday parties growing up, we usually just did family parities, but one of the memorable parties is when my friend Jen-nerd-ifer Moses had a little surprise party for me. She blindfolded me and made me climb up to the roof at the elementary school where my friends were there with cake and presents. Oh the craziness.
Best birthday party-I don't have one specifically, but Brody is really good at getting friends together for my birthday. This year we went to Olive Garden with friends and then had a BYU-ithday party (Brody came up with that all by himself). After dinner we had ice cream cake and watched BYU get slaughtered by FSU. Very disappointing.
Favorite age to turn-I would have to say 16 for obvious reasons. I know lots of people would say 21 because of the drinking age, but being Mormon and all turning 21 was not that eventful.
Best thing about turning a year older-Having my family with me for the journey. I sure love my kiddos and hubby, and look forward to celebrating every birthday I have with them.

Pics of Chase
We are in Idaho right now visiting Brody's family. He's doing an externship at a dental office here. Baylor has croup, and Chase has a cold. I think having sick kids and going on vactions go hand-n-hand. Someone has to ruin all the fun, right? Last time I went to Houston to visit my family my sister took some pictures of Chase. And yes, he is wearing leggings. I figured I had to do something to embarrass him, so when he gets older he will be able to ask me, "Mom, what were you thinking making me wear that"? Unlike all you moms who are able to put huge bows and flowers in your daughters hair, it was not that easy with boys to find a way, but I'm pretty sure these leggings will work. So, here's some pictures of Chase she took. Thanks Courtney!
