I saw these cute animals, planes, cars, etc. at Michales for $0.59 a while ago, and thought they would be cute to frame.
I was at Home Depot and found some panel board for only $1.02 and cut it into 20 pieces. I just wood glued the animal in the middle of the board, cut some wood to make a frame, and used a staple gun to put the frame around it. Just paint and add a ribbon to hang it, and for only about $1.25 each you get this...
I've been going to Home Depot to get most my wood and supplies. Can I just say, I think it should be a requirement for all stores to have carts like this. It makes shopping so much easier with kids. With my kids, if you put a steering wheel on something it solves all life's problems. Baylor and Chase thought they were pretty sweet driving their car cart around the store. I'm sure I look kinda like a dufus pushing it around, but I don't care as long as the kids aren't freaking out, plus I lost my coolness a long time ago.

Um excuse me... why were you not doing this when I lived right next you and I could come join the fun?? I am a little offended that you waited to unleash this talent of yours until after I was gone. Miss you guys like crazy! We don't have any little friends that live close to us and it stinks!
I'm with Leesa on that one. I've seen those for sale in the stores. I need to have Aaron buy a router or whatever it is so he can cut all the goods out and I can glue. Hooray for crafts I'll never get too. Miss ya.
If you don't have wall space for all your cute stuff send it my way!
You are so creative!! I love the stuff you have made!
